Thank goodness that the flower prices are starting to come down

Flower Prices have decreased now. Thank goodness that the flower prices are starting to come down. During Valentines and Mothers Day the prices were pretty horrendous and have stayed high! – this week has seen a reduction in some prices which can thankfully be passed on to the customer so they can see more for their money. Florists are governed by the growers and there isnt much they can do about it. You cant barter on price unless you may be buying in extreme bulk. When the pandemic hit, growers had to lay off staff so when we pretty much got back to some normality there were less flowers to purchase and more demand. The reason for the increase in demand was all the funeral work due to the sudden increase in deaths.
