Same Day Delivery Method
All same day bouquets are hand delivered by our network of florists, straight to your door. If the recipient is not home, we will try neighbours, or find a suitable safe place.
Next Day Delivery Method
Our range of next day flowers will be delivered by both local florists, and our partner courier, owing to demand. Our hand tied flowers are well prepped and packed, to ensure they arrive safely, securely, and ready to bloom. This has been tried and tested to make sure they are fit to last their journey across the UK.
Delivery Cut Off
To ensure same day flower delivery service in the UK, orders must be placed before 1.00 pm GMT. For next day flower delivery service in the UK, orders must be placed before 4.00pm GMT (subject to availability).
Delivery Times
Our local florists deliver from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday. Our partner courier can deliver between 8.00 am-7.00 pm, with exceptions being made for remote areas. Please note, that we cannot offer any specific delivery times, and any requests for morning or afternoon deliveries will not be possible.
Delivery Charges
Local Delivery charge is £7.99. Our next day delivery charge is £4.99.
Substitution
From time to time we may need to use substitution stems to ensure an order can be fulfille. We will endeavour to keep this as close to the original stem choice, adhering to a similar colour, theme, quality and value.
Important Delivery Information
Deliveries will be made Monday-Sunday during the working day, excluding special holidays such as: English Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day. If you have orders on Sunday, it will be delivered the next working day. Mother’s day flowers will be delivered on a Sunday.
