Quality & Substitutions Policy

I will always use my highest level of professionalism to ensure the quality of flowers is of the highest standard. On rare occasions, if specific flowers arrive that are not up to standard, they will be substituted with a similar flower of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.

OPERATING HOURS:

9am – 6pm – Mon – Thursday

9am – 4pm Friday

10am – 3pm Sunday

CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY 2pm, if you need a delivery after hours, please call and I will do my best to honour.
